Get help nowOut of the primary actions and lower on the page, as requested. It also stays one click away as a small persistent link beside Quick exit on every page, because this is the crisis pathway and someone in a bad moment should not have to scroll for it.

Book an appointmentThe button no longer goes straight to HotDoc. It lands on a page with a short selector for what the person wants to book. Clinic appointments go to HotDoc, telehealth is booked direct with the clinic, outreach has its own process and counselling goes to the intake contact. Fixes the confusion where people expected to book counselling here.
Refer to a clinicA new page for clinical referral pathways, so GPs and services know how to refer in. Counselling keeps its own referral page.
Pregnancy optionsAbortion services fold into this page, but abortion stays as a clearly named section and heading so it is still found by people searching for that word.
Location finderA finder that shows the nearest clinic and, for remote sites, when the next fly-in visit is. Caboolture and Redcliffe replace the partnership clinics as their own pages. Book where a booking system exists, contact where it does not.
Get help nowThis replaces the old Get Help page. Keep the external and 24/7 crisis links, give them one home here and link to it from clinical pages and the homepage.

ReferrersPolice and hospitals refer into this service. Give referrers a clear pathway and contact, separate from the community view.

All courses (single course pages)
In schoolsThe All School Program, delivered by True educators directly to students from Prep to Year 12, gets its own home instead of sitting under teacher training. Teachers & educators becomes professional development only. To confirm with True: that this is the intended split, and whether Early childhood is an educator audience or a new age band for the student program.
Arlo integrationCourse dates, times and costs are driven live from Arlo through the API, with True styling the pages so the experience sits inside the site. Registration flows straight through to Arlo.
One course, two modesA single course page with a delivery choice, in person or online, instead of duplicate pages.

Content warning, where flagged
Topic and audience, separatelyThe old single list mixed what a resource is about with who it is for. Two facets fix that: browse by topic, browse by audience and a format filter on top. A resource can sit in several.
Pages, PDFs and mediaFactsheets publish as web pages with print and email, so they can be found and indexed. Publications stay as PDFs. Video and audio embed on a page rather than living as a separate file. One source of truth, no duplicate PDF governance problem.
Can a printed page be edited? No more than a PDF can, and no less. Neither is tamper proof. The print stylesheet stamps every factsheet with True branding, the page URL, the review date and the printed-on date, so a doctored copy is easy to check against the live page.
Content warningsResources flagged as 16+, 18+ or containing graphic material show a short acknowledgement before loading, remembered for the session. It is a warning, not age verification. Kept on the open site rather than behind the learning platform login, which would block the people the resources are for.
Shop items in resourcesPrinted resources appear in resources search as a format, and each resource page links to its printed version, so Shop moving to the secondary nav does not hide them.
About

Moved out of primary nav into the secondary nav with Shop and News. People come for services, not to read about the organisation, but the corporate content still needs a clear home.

Work with usCareers moves to the top of About and grows into a page about working at True, aimed at the roles that are hard to recruit. Job listings and the expression of interest form come from Employment Hero so postings publish automatically. "Work with us" is the label everywhere; careers stays in the page copy for search.
Annual report & strategic planMust stay up and visible for government and association requirements.

Donate at checkout
DonationsThe tip field becomes a proper donation in the checkout flow, with receipts that meet the requirements for tax-deductible gifts. That needs a donation tool that issues compliant receipts, not a tip app, and is worth confirming with True's finance side before the build. The footer Donate link points to the same mechanism so people can give without buying something first.

The homepage router sends each visitor to the pages that serve them, without splitting the site into separate audience areas. Everyone still shares the same clinics, education and resources. These are the suggested first pages for each path. Two of them, Refer to a clinic and In schools, are new pages rather than existing ones. This can also run as an interactive module on the homepage, revealing each path's suggested pages as the visitor selects it. A working version is shown below the cards.
